10 Easy & Feel-Good Snack Ideas

Hi guys! Sharing a list of my easy + feel good snacks that I gravitate to during the workday. Hope this gives you some new ideas!

Apple slices & almond butter – Love Justin’s honey or vanilla almond butter if I’m feeling fancy

Kettlecorn – Highly reocommend Trader Joes brand or BOOMCHICKAPOP

Sliced watermelon or pineapple with chile lime seasoning – super refreshing snack especially during the summer when it’s like 100 degrees out!

Yogurt, granola, and frozen fruit – Plain yogurt (2%) with the loaded fruit and nut gluten free granola (TJs) and frozen blueberries are my favorite combo

Raw peppers and Laughing Cow Cheese – this cheese is super spreadable so it’s great to use for snacks or on breakfast sandwiches

Protein waffle (Vans or Kodiak) with almond butter and agave drizzle – A little bit of protein plus something sweet. Great for when you’re craving something sweeter but don’t want to have a sugar crash hours later

Pretzel crisps with EBB dip – The Everything but the Bagel Dip from TJs is so good on pretty much anything but pairing it with pretzels crisps is one of my fav snacks

Turkey & cheese rollups – if you’re looking for an easy way to get more protein in, this is a quick and easy snack that checks that box

One Bar or Lara Bar – Easy snacks to grab when you’re on the go during the day
