I love making these boards when I’m trying to decide how I want to design a space! I think it’s first helpful to go on Pinterest and by pinning rooms that you’re attracted to, you can start to get a feel for the overall vibe you want. I did that first in this blog post when we were moving. Then once you know the overall vibe, it’s easier to narrow it down to more specific items like I did above. It can also help you see if the specific items you have in mind go together or see if something looks out of place! We currently have the table, chairs, and paintings for our dining room and so I’m thinking of adding a chandelier with a more natural vibe and a light colored bar cart or cabinet as well. For the paint, I’m leaning towards a super pale blue. Still will feel neutral but also help tie everything together!
