Easy breakfasts that are in my constant rotation!
Oatmeal with frozen blueberries and cookie butter (I like to heat up the frozen blueberries so you get a little blueberry juice!)
Yogurt with granola (optional: add fresh fruit!)
TJs hashbrown with fried egg & avocado (tip: if you have an air fryer put it on 400 degrees and cook the hash brown for 15 minutes, flipping half way through. If not, oven or stove top works great. Toaster is also an option but you definitely have to toast it 4-5 times to get it crispier).
TJs mini bagel with cream cheese & veggie sausage patties on side (Tillamook is my favorite cream cheese brand & love the Morning Star veggie sausage)
Toast with ricotta, avocado & chile lime or EBB seasoning, turkey bacon on side.
English muffin breakfast sandwich I typically do fried egg, an egg white, slice of cheese, avocado, and then either turkey bacon or veggie sausage.
What do y’all typically make for breakfast??
